Tiny tattoos bring a high-priced add-on procedure to your services.  Most artists charge anywhere from $85- $600 for small fine line tattoos.  Because of the nature of the smaller tattoo, most proceeders can take under 1-3 hours.  So you are able to create a lucrative stream of revenue.
